Jeffery Cloud

Mr. Cloud has extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Cloud specializes in estate planning and wealth protection‚ trust administration‚ special needs trusts‚ guardianships and fiduciary matters. In 2015, Mr. Cloud was a member of the small group committee that drafted the Arizona Achieving A Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act that was signed into legislation on May 12, 2016 (HB 2388).

Mr. Cloud received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 2007. While attending California Western‚ Mr. Cloud was President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and received a Distinguished Advocated Award‚ an American Jurisprudence Award‚ and a Pro Bono services award. Mr. Cloud received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Purdue University in 2004. Following law school‚ he clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Naraja‚ Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Mr. Cloud is admitted to practice before the courts of Arizona‚ California‚ and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the District of Arizona. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section.
